This is a rare piece which was sourced from England. It is in very good vintage condition and features a goldtone metal setting in the Fleur de Lis shape, accentuated with rhinestones.
As it opens from the bottom it would be suitable to be worn as either a lapel, collar or cardigan clip, rather than a brooch.
