Orders will be processed as soon as possible and normally within three business days (Monday – Friday), however we endeavour to process orders on the same or next business day. Please note that we are unable to process international orders or deliver to overseas destinations.
Delivery of items is via Australia Post and usually takes between 1 and 14 working days.
All items will be carefully packed with the highest degree of attention to detail, depending on the item, to ensure that your item/s arrive safely. However once the items are in-transit, circumstances beyond our control mean that damages may occur.
Items which are oversize or of a fragile nature are not subject to the flat rate postage offer – as such, the purchase price will reflect the increased cost of postage. The website listing will advise if this is the case.
