This highly collectable Pony Club Association of Victoria (PCAV) Junior Council Badge is from my personal collection. I acquired it when I served as a member of the Junior Council in the 1970s.
It was produced by Pitcher of Melbourne and is in excellent condition. The price has been discounted to take into account the small size of the item & associated postage costs.
